Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on all orders valued below ₹1,000, irrespective of payment method (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery).

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 12 to 24 business hours of confirmation.

Orders placed after Saturday, 5:00 PM, will be processed on the following Monday or next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines
Domestic Orders (India): 5–7 business days

International Orders: 7–15 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is not available for International Orders.

COD is not available for domestic orders exceeding ₹15,000.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location—state to state, metro vs. non-metro—and external factors beyond our control.

All delivery estimates are calculated in business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
